Location: Chingford, London, UK
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, tailored to customer preferences.
Develop and innovate new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, tools, and glassware.
Ensure all drinks are prepared and presented to a high standard, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to ensure the bar is adequately stocked.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and engaging with their needs.
Adhere to licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Train and mentor junior bar staff as required.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Manager, Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role, with a focus on cocktail preparation.
Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
Knowledge of popular and classic cocktails, garnishing techniques, and beverage trends.
Skills:
Creativity in crafting unique cocktails and designing drink menus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially during busy hours.
Basic knowledge of bar equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Other Requirements:
Eligible for a Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when required.
