Job Title

Job Responsibilities: Plan and prepare authentic Indian and British dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts. Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards. Create and adapt menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery of meals. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to minimize waste. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with UK regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff as needed. Manage and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Job Requirements: Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a chef specializing in Indian and British cuisines. NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) is desirable. Experience in menu development and kitchen management. Skills: Ability to cook authentic dishes from scratch using traditional methods. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations in the UK. Creativity and passion for food innovation. Other Requirements: Eligible for a Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
